The Chef's Counter

Our most immersive dining experience. Fourteen seats arranged directly in front of the open kitchen — where you'll watch each course take shape as it's prepared for your table. This is the format for those who want proximity to the craft.

The chef's counter is well suited to smaller corporate groups, milestone dinners, and anyone who wants to experience Velluto the way our team experiences it every night.

The Private Room

A fully enclosed dining room adjacent to the main floor, seating up to twenty guests. Designed with the same aesthetic vocabulary as the restaurant — natural oak, deep green, brushed brass — but configured for privacy and focus.

The room is ideal for corporate entertaining, client dinners, rehearsal events, and celebrations where a dedicated, distraction-free environment makes all the difference.
